RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT NOT CONDEMNATION / "POSITIVISM"/ SHULLERISM

Read what the Bible teaches concerning how Christians MUST judge RIGHTEOUSLY and discern truth from error. This includes identifying the error and those who teach the error. To any Christian with the least bit of spiritual discernment, much of what is being preached today (let alone practiced), constitutes a mixture of man-made philosophy, marketing and either a complete neglect and understanding of the scriptures OR the practice of using hand-picked scriptures, which they then twist and overly accentuate to fit their particular brand of designer christianity (the erroneous; make no judgments/ positive only "gospel" predominates most of evangelical Christendom that is in error today). However, there are major and popular, "evangelical christian" movements and denominations that are preaching a completely DIFFERENT, NEW AGE "gospel." My plea is to evangelicals who should know better than to fall for counterfeit christianity and unbiblical doctrines, in any form. The most dangerous and self indulgent movement of all is known as the "Word of Faith Movement." Both of these dangerous infectious strains in Christendom, mix in their counterfeit, New Age mystical doctrines with biblical, Christian doctrines, which makes them particularly stealthy and dangerous.

The Apostle Paul DID NOT PREACH: "Health and wealth" or "self esteem" psychology; he did not hire slick performers to appeal to their worldly senses nor assuage their guilt to make them feel good; Paul did not preach "seed faith" or any other kind of "faith formula", nor did he focus upon money at all. Paul definitely didn't preach that there must be peace and unity in the church AT ANY COST! Paul also didn't go door to door polling the populace as to what kind of religion they might be willing to participate in ("Christian marketing" as created by Bill Hybels and Willow Creek). Robert Shuller heavily influenced Rick Warren and Bill Hybels and their brands of pop-designer, seeker Christianity. Former New Age guru claims that Shuller has shamelessly aligned himself with New Age gurus and their philosophies and are now staging a consortium to further "rethink" (PERVERT AND COMPROMISE EVEN MORE) the Gospel. Warren Smith says:
"From my perspective as a former New Age follower, I believe that Robert Schuller's mission has always been to 'rethink' and 'change' biblical Christianity into something 'new' – as in New Age/New Spirituality," he says."

Paul DID NOT COMPROMISE GOD'S WORD! Paul did not hold back preaching the Word of God for fear of offending "seekers" and pagans but rather preached GOD'S WORD (JESUS the Revealed Word of God) and God anointed his message with great power! Paul didn't preach in order to start a pop movement or to "get rich" and yet his preaching changed lives and the whole world forever. The Apostle Paul would be thrown out of most modern churches today because most of them have fallen away from the Truth of the one and only Gospel and would not receive a preacher like Paul! Most modern "professional clergy" defer to the rich and affluent families (patrons!) within their churches, in order to keep their "careers". Paul confronted people with God's Truth! He even had to rebuke the Apostle Peter TO HIS FACE, IN FRONT OF OTHER BELIEVERS (how "embarrassed and belittled" Peter must have felt)! (Galations 2:11) Knowing this, how could we possibly take license to pervert the Gospel into an instrument of personal gain and self-agrandisement or add and change it in any way? How could we forsake to call those to repentance and to expose error and even evil amongst us, if even an apostle who walked with Jesus was not beyond rebuke and correction? Peter later praised Paul's teaching in his epistle: 2 Peter 3:15-17

Strong delusion ( COUNTERFEIT CHRISTIANITY, as prophesied by Jesus and His Apostles) has brainwashed (bewitched) many in the greater evangelical church, which makes identifying dangerous error- even apostasy and those who proclaim it, an unpleasant calling. FOUR WAYS EVANGELICALS ARE BEING DECEIVED
It is "politically incorrect" these days to identify well known, even famous ministers who practice or preach dangerously erroneous doctrines- BUT it is totally BIBLICAL and necessary to LOVINGLY call those who preach grievous error- even a different gospel, to repentance. Especially those who operate in a FALSE ANOINTING, who are identified easily by how much they brag about how "anointed" they are and how they dwell upon spiritual manifestations to validate their "ministries"! Other discernment ministries call these spiritual manifestations of the 'Counterfeit Revival'. MANY ARE EASILY OFFENDED WHEN THEIR PARTICULAR SACRED COW OR IDOL IS "GORED."

I realize that the first impression that most evangelicals will have of this site is "if you proclaim that Christians rightly should focus on Jesus, why are you so fixed upon judging others, speculating about conspiracies of evil and even openly criticizing political leaders?"

The most deeply held, yet unspoken religion found in today's "evangelical" churches, is based upon a complete perversion of scripture: "judge not lest ye be judged." This has been translated in the modern church as "don't judge anyone," although when we are also commanded to JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY (CONDEMNING NO ONE)! 'RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT' AND 'CONDEMNATION' ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from each other! Modern "positivism", the forerunner of political correctness, does not recognize a difference between righteous judgment and condemnation or judgmentalism, which is a preoccupation of making erroneous judgments, which is also prevelant in the church body today. Political correctness (hyper-judgmentalism and condemnation designed to bring society into bondage) is a major front of the spirit of Antichrist, which is particularly at war against Christ and His true followers. Bible-believing, Jesus-loving, obedient Christians MUST lovingly stand up for the truth because the "Emergent Church" is quickly becoming DANGEROUSLY 'Universalist Unitarian' in thought and deed.

There is a distinct difference between righteous judgment and condemnation. We condemn no one, nor seek to denigrate anyone. WE LOVE EVERYONE, AND ARE COMMANDED TO BE KIND TO ALL PEOPLE BECAUSE WE BELIEVE AND PREACH THE SINCERE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL!

Are there current popular ministries, doctrines and belief systems being preached today, which constitute this kind of apostasy? Are many popular ministries mixing the real Gospel with other dangerous beliefs and doctrines? Have some ministries created a "different gospel" than the one that Paul preached? Our ministry is not the only one to proclaim that there is rampant apostasy within the church but please ask God to reveal it to you! The answer is the adherence to God's Word and complete obedience and loving abandon to Jesus! Any preaching or teaching that is motivated to appease or please mankind is NOT pleasing to God:

Now am I trying to win the favor of men, or of God? Do I seek to please men? If I were still seeking popularity with men, I should not be a bond servant of Christ (the Messiah).
Galatians 1:10 (Amplified)

The scripture clearly proclaims that we are to know and preach the Truth without compromise and and are never to indulge in the worldly (PC) practice to please (not offend, pay homage, compromise core beliefs, tickle ears of) non-Christians and marginal believers.

Under the guise of a phony kind of "love" and "peace" at all costs, many evangelicals have been brainwashed through liberal preaching and even leftist ideology, to mindlessly patter their mantra: that we must "never judge" but that is NOT what the Bible teaches at all. Major portions of the New Testament are corrective in nature and correction is badly needed in the church. Jesus explicitly exposed sin and called people to repentance. Jesus particularly warned us as to how intense the falling away from the truth would be in the last days and we are called to preach His Truth.

Political correctness (ie: "liberalism," which is now a broad front for the spirit of antichrist) in the world and in the church and general worldliness, has deceived many who now believe that the Gospel should only make us "feel good" about ourselves. The idolatrous emphasis of false Christian "unity" and the elimination of "divisive doctrines" is ravaging the church. So when they sense the conviction of the Holy Spirit and His Truth, they merely reject Him, because spiritual conviction makes them "feel bad." Many are being "inoculated" with a highly compromised "gospel", a dangerous mixture of worldly concepts with some figments of the Gospel, which only prevents them from receiving the real Jesus of the Bible. What I call a 'designer jesus' and 'designer christianity' is being propagated by most of the mainline denominations and pop movements, that at best preach an unbalanced gospel message, which accentuates THEIR specific brand of christianity (...having a form of Godliness but denying the power therof). Many of these focus mainly upon what "jesus" can do for them, rather than turning away from their sins and following the real Jesus of the Bible. They have created a man centered religion rather than surrender to the real Jesus centered Gospel. They are seeking God's blessings (mostly in the form of material "blessings" and worldly "SUCCESS") but are NOT truly seeking God. They want what God has to offer them but not God Himself. They put the proverbial 'cart' before the 'horse' because God commands that we seek ONLY JESUS and HIS righteousness! This is the reason that the authentic power, deliverance, and the Presence of God is not found in most of these movements. They create religious methodology, formula and mythology that may resemble certain portions of scripture but fail miserably in establishing and maintaining a deep relationship with Jesus. They all long to accentuate "christian positivism" and elevate (idolize) it above all else. The worst of these adepts rejects everything that does not mesh with the "christianity" which they have created in their own vain imaginations. They usually demonize and reject anyone who criticizes their brand of "christianity" and have become 'true (brainwashed) believers' void of true spiritual power and are allergic to genuine spiritual conviction. The "seeker" based movement is highly representative of this type. They tend to be very shallow in the things of God and His Word and allergic to the Spirit of God and His conviction. They are taught to be wary of "fundamentalists" who preach the Word and a different interpretation than the shallow and spiritless one, which they are taught. Many of these are now in "seeker" churches, where the basic Gospel is usually preached, but then mixed with all sorts of psychologically based babel. In the place of genuine spiritual fruit, the acceptance of a worldly type of social gospel that yields a shallow kind of Christian activism is the outcome. Association with a pagan rock star like 'Bono' is an example that I heard Bill Hybels brag about while visiting Willow Creek (A church created on the basis of Marketing and giving the "unchurched" what they want) on an Easter Sunday morning. The sermon was chock full of a Spirit-less social gospel and void of the power and glory of God's Presence. Not that I expected much different from a pop "seeker" preacher who was groomed by his guru, Robert Shuller, the inheritor of Norman Vincent Peale's mantle, which Shuller merely relabled: "possiblity thinking.".
The concept of the "power of positive thinking" is not completely evil but rather, it is an extremely subtle way in which to raise the power of the mind and secret knowledge (gnosis) up over spiritual and Biblical precepts, the latter being much more powerful and also in obedience to Jesus and His word. Norman Vincent Peale and his protege, Robert Shuller popularized this phony "positive" belief system that has preempted, co-opted, and replaced the real Gospel in many churches and has infected almost all of Christendom because it is basically a "christianized" form of political correctness. Shuller teaches a type of "christian" philosophy that denies the very cornerstone of Christianity, which is to identify sin and error and call those sinners to repentance. The worst thing about Shullerism, is that it misleads (bewitches) Christians into believing that we can create reality simply by being positive and eliminating any "negative" thinking (vastly different than living by faith in Jesus alone). This 'mind over matter' formula is NOT Christianity at all but rather a form of shamanism (witchcraft) when carried to the full extent. It becomes a self-deception that inflates self, rather than crucifying self.

The "seeker" church movement, invented by Bill Hybels and supercharged by the 'Purpose driven Church'" manifesto, has institutionalized Shuller/ Peale "positivism", and inoculates its followers with it, to the point where most of them have marginal to negligible spiritual and biblical discernment. Any commentary that seems the least bit "negative" or "fundamentalist" to these compromised adepts, is condemned. Satan loves to inspire Christians to prefer to be spiritually, Biblically blind and deceived and to feel superior to "negative fundamentalists"! Satan loves to nurture bandwagon pop movements that idolize guru-like SUCCESSFUL leaders, to whom their followers bow their hearts and minds in blind obedience. These "CHRISTIAN LEADERS" EVEN BETRAY CHRIST FOR "WORLD PEACE", by joining with and appeasing Muslims. Satan just loves to see the Gospel co-opted and transformed into a shallow, Spirit-less pop movement that leads it's adepts away from a deep spiritual and Biblical transforming faith; into an idolatrous pop movement that soothes their sensual appetites (for entertainment) and assuages their guilt (makes them feel "good" about themselves through the teaching of pseudo-christian psycho-babel).

Christians who really know Jesus and His Word, learn to praise Him for sending spiritual conviction and correction, (which often "feels" painful!) true followers of Jesus, usually repent, get cleansed and restored to Him. When we get things right with God- it is only then that we can experience his supernatural Presence in the form of His peace and love for which there is no substitute.

God desires to be Lord over our minds and emotions and certainly wants us to be filled with His Presence and the joy of the Holy Spirit, which is much more profound than any man-made philosophy designed merely to "eliminate the negative and accentuate the positive." Later I will explain the difference between righteous judgment and condemnation. There is a vast difference between man-made "positivism" (or "possibility thinking") and godly goodness, holiness, kindness, and vision. There are millions of people in this world who are creating reality for themselves. Christians are supposed to be Spirit-led and inspired by God in our daily lives. We are not to become modern shamans (witchcraft) and vainly create reality that God has not ordained for us. God will give us even greater vision and abilities to fulfill our earthly missions, IF we are obedient to Him; seek Him, worship Him and love Him above ALL.

All true followers of Jesus know that it is not possible to be close to Him when we are holding on to sins and idols. I am also not advocating perfectionism or a phony, legalistic type of hyper-holiness that is also man-made. When we turn away from our sins and sinful nature, God's powerful grace is then able to begin God's work within us, which will ONLY be completed when we see Jesus as He is!

The spirit of Antichrist is the last days brainwasher that compels shallow, SIMPLE minded Christians to believe that JUDGING anyone, particularly a popular ministry, is ungodly and worthy of being condemned and cast out as being the "offender" and the one who is causing the "division", when it is actually those who are compromising the Gospel and condemn those who preach the truth in love, who are really causing the division. It is the Word of God that rightly divides truth from error, God's Word HAS ALREADY REVEALED AND JUDGED OUR SINS if we will but listen to His Spirit. Those who love and know God's Word, also love the Truth (no matter how much conviction hurts!) and don't seek to destroy the messenger for having told the truth. The same sort of reaction toward the prophets who told Israel the truth of her horrible sins, takes place today in much more subtle condemnation and character assassination. There is a great price to be paid for being willing to speak the truth in love to those who have been brainwashed to believe that anything said that is the least bit "negative" or "critical" is "judgmental" and "ungodly." People who belive that way are nominal, Laodicean Christians at best and usuually idolize certain leaders who they follow blindly and slather with admiration (idolatry).

Those who are called and gifted by God to proclaim His Truth, mustn't take license to project superiority in any way or condemnation. God commands us to love and value ALL people, no matter what they believe or whatever lifestyle they have chosen, though we may reject their behavior. Though our doctrine (knowing the Word and applying it to our lives) is vitally important to us, we can expect to be denigrated and even hated for our Faith in Christ. We must contend earnestly and lovingly for Biblical Truth among all Christians and evangelize non-believers whenever we can. Though we invite everyone to turn away from their sins and to receive Christ into their lives and follow Him, we do not expect non-believers to adhere to Christian doctrines (many people who call themselves Christians are compromised doctrinally- even phony). We believe strongly in every individual's God-given right to believe in whatever they want (as long as their actions are lawful. Our Constitution and laws are based on Biblical precepts that are also written in men's hearts!). That same God-given right (proclaimed in the US Constitution) means that we can proclaim the Gospel and preach openly what we believe, which is a vital message to all of mankind.

Apostasy is now rampant in the evangelical church and a major example of their deception is glaringly obvious in how evangelical "leaders" are increasingly in official "agreement" with Roman Catholicism and the Pope. (written by a former Catholic priest) Many prophecy teachers know that this is a major fulfillment of scripture regarding the end times' religion of Antichrist, in which the religions of the world will bow to Rome. Most evangelicals and especially their leaders are clueless as to how Catholic, NEW AGE mysticism has infiltrated and undermined major evangelical movements (like Promise Keepers,
Word Faith/Prophetic Movement,
Willow Creek,
Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Life) and most "Protestant" denominations. The fact that many leading evangelicals have been deceived to become a part of this ecumenical apostasy, proves that we are living in the last of the last days. Paul prophesied in Thess. 2:3, that an intensive even militant 'falling away from the Truth' (apostasy) of the Gospel among Christians, must occur before Jesus would return for His church. We are nearly at the height of that apostasy! Another chilling article from a former Catholic insider, as to the increasing New Age apostasy within certain elite echelons of the Catholic Church. Pantheistic and antichristian "New Age" doctrines are being taught at the highest levels of Catholicism. As major portions of "Protestantism" bend over backwards to appease what seems to be traditional Catholicism, while Catholicism is rushing headlong into a pantheistic, New Age form, led by apostate Jesuits and many other powerful Catholic leaders.

UTILIZING OUR GOD GIVEN DISCERNMENT AND JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY, IS NOT TANTAMOUNT TO "CONDEMNATION." There are many shallow Christians who have created a whole religion around "judge not lest ye be judged," when the Lord also instructs us to "judge righteously." The Apostle Paul instructs us expressly, to "preach the word...convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching." It is impossible to call people to repentance without telling them that what they are doing is wrong and dangerous for them. Paul warned us that in the last days many in the church would "not endure sound doctrine."

By judging (NOT CONDEMNING) certain movements, ministries and erroneous doctrines, I am not advocating a return to spirit-less, dead religion but rather a return to passionate Biblical worship, teaching and preaching of the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am advocating child-like, deep adoration and worship, which our Heavenly Father truly desires! That is not possible for those who do not know the great depths of Jesus; have not spent time in His wonderful Presence, nor known His beautiful yet gentle power in their lives. Yes, that all comes about by seeking Jesus desperately, as He draws us into Himself in accordance with His plan and desire for us- NOT a slick manmade formula or scheme.

The church is suffering through an epidemic of spiritual deception and blindness, which has co-opted and derailed the true Gospel in many ministries that have become afraid to proclaim the full Gospel truth. Many ministries have deduced the Gospel to a mere formula or series of superficial "works" that they substitute in place of personally knowing God by abiding in His Word, experiencing His love, grace, mercy, kindness, redemption, and infilling (also known as a PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ). Many ministries use the right jargon but have watered down it's meaning or redefined it all-together ("... For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them]" 2 Tim. 3:5 AV). The supernatural transformation that occurs when one is truly born-again into Jesus Christ has become very rare in these ministries.

The other important website sponsored by this ministry, Jesusrapture.com balances the detailed call to repentance on this web site with our need to be lovingly abandoned to Jesus and spiritually dwelling IN Him and in His love. The Lord commands His followers to be filled continually with His Spirit. But that is only possible if your inner being is clean and surrendered to God. Jesus longs for us to glory in His Presence through personal worship and adoration.

Everything that we do as Christians is to be done to glorify Jesus and out of a motivation of LOVE but many pop preachers have attempted to redefine exactly what Christian LOVE is supposed to mean. To them, any examination and "criticism" of their teachings and practices is "unloving" and "un-Christian." Of course there are some factions who merely attack other factions but it is also loving and necessary to reprove and rebuke others who are in grievous error and are harming themselves and others. David Wilkerson has spoken about the "love trap" that has been created by many of these pop Christian movements, particularly by the Faith Movement adepts:

"You will hear this: "We love everybody. It doesn't matter what you preach. It doesn't matter if you are in prosperity. It doesn't matter what your gospel is - or anything else. God is love. Let us all just get together and embrace one another." How can two walk together unless they be agreed. How can you walk with those when you don't agree with the unscriptural practices, you can not. That is a love trap. They say, "don't condemn anybody. Don't judge anybody."

That is not what the Bible says. It says that we are to judge righteous judgment. Reprove and rebuke with all longsuffering. I am not on a soapbox; I am on a Rock. God is trying to save you, Church." (From David Wilkerson's transcribed sermon: "The Reproach of the Solemn Assembly.")

In these last days before the coming of the Lord for His church, we are seeing prophecies fulfilled before our very eyes. Jesus and His apostles prophesied the signs of His coming (the Day of the Lord). In particular, Jesus warned us in Matthew 24 that many false christs and false prophets would arise who would lead many astray. Paul warns the church that the Lord would not return until a massive falling away from the truth of the Gospel was taking place in the church, (2 Thess. 2:3) and the Antichrist was revealed. The church is suffering massive apostasy (falling away from God's truth) just as Jesus and Paul explicitly warned us. Most of the falling away is occurring due to a gross preoccupation with attaining worldly affluence and materialism, which has led to a pandemic of idolatry in the churches, and massive compromise in the preaching and application of God's Word. Not to mention the overwhelming idolization of popular religious leaders and their worldly philosophies. This attack is almost unrecognizable to the deceived, though discerning believers recognize the enormous danger to the church. Jesus warned us about "prophets" (many current leaders) who would rise up and deceive even God's elect! The greater evangelical church idolizes and worships those who have achieved worldly "success," which God abhors. Churches are preoccupied with incorporating popular STYLES instead of pursuing Jesus; His Truth, and the awesomeness of dwelling in His Presence through His abiding Spirit.

The “positive thinking” branch of error, teaches a mind over matter dead religion, which is designed as a phony, “positive personal success,” gospel. The masses want to have their “ears tickled” by being told what they want to hear. They also want to be entertained, which is how the Willow Creek Church was born. A shallow, spiritless gospel is preached, which is designed to make people “feel good” about themselves and appeals to the least common denominator- even many who have repeatedly rejected the real Jesus of the Bible. It is actually a spirit of flatteries that drives this bunch of psycho-babblers. The masses want a light, fluffy, “positive gospel” that does not judge or offend them. In other words, they want a “gospel” of their own design... a designer religion!

In this same spirit, a "Christian" entertainment industry has evolved that captures most of the worldly and soulish sounds of New Age and Rock performers and elevates it upon a high pedestal in the church and in the Christian media. Breathy, sexy, and often androgynous in their sound, many of these "Christian artists" peddle hype and a watered down message, which is barely discernable as having any Christian content, let alone a Biblical grounding that is anointed and led by the Holy Spirit. There are certainly some in this category that are in fact Biblically grounded and anointed in ministry. It is not by coincidence that most of the old Christian music labels were bought up by secular industry labels. Is it any wonder that the pagan music corporations like Sony now dictate what the "Christian" music "sound" will be? It doesn't really matter to them how Biblical or truly spiritual it is, just as long as it sells? Most of it sells because it appeals to the soulish and worldly tastes of compromised Christians. Most of modern "Christian" music has sold out. It may have popular appeal but that doesn't mean that it pleases God. I'm not saying that anything with a rock beat is of the devil, but when the music overpowers and usurps the message, it becomes an idol. That is possible with almost any style of Christian music. I have even seen/heard Southern and Black Gospel concerts in particular that were mere performances that glorified the sound and the "artist," but left Jesus in the dust. It is possible to discern whether someone is merely "performing" or glorifying Jesus. Those marginal Christians who can't tell the difference are being deceived and have no real desire to worship Jesus in Spirit and in Truth.

The mixing of psychology and Christianity is what most Evangelical churches and movements now espouse. Promise Keepers is chock full of dangerous psycho-heresy. Psyho-hersy is what drives the humanist-centered agenda of most Evangelical churches. People simply didn’t want to hear the real Gospel, or found it powerless to help them, so they ushered in a psychologized, counterfeit that does not "offend" anyone but is rather designed to make them "feel good" about themselves. Too bad that they didn’t refer to the scriptures before they made such a compromise because they would have discovered that the real Gospel IS offensive to the flesh of man. The real Gospel convicts people of their sin, but now we coddle sin and seek to inflate self (esteem) instead of LOVINGLY calling people to die to self. God wants us to dwell in Him and to have His peace and His abundant life, but this is only possible after people have truly been "crucified with Christ," and have become true disciples. (Being crucified with Christ and taking up your cross is a DAILY spiritual journey- not a one-time event).


Adepts who function successfully in these three major movements tend to project that they have attained some superior state of being. Many of the disciples of these movements in actuality become a type of New Age Pharisee who think and act that they are superior to others (some are very subtle) because they belong to a popular, trendy, cool, movement.

The hour is late– the Kingdom is at hand! Jesus is at the door! We must ALWAYS listen for and obey His voice, whether He is speaking to us through His anointed word, through His Spirit (prophesy, word of knowledge/ WARNING: there is much that is being passed off today as prophetic revelation, which is NOT! YOU MUST USE DISCERNMENT, OR FIND SOMEONE WHO DOES!)– Or through His anointed messengers: "HE WHO HAS AN EAR LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING TO THE CHURCHES!" (Revelation 2:7,11,17,29 & 3:6,13,22) The Lord Himself proclaimed this warning SEVEN times in Revelation because the church was not listening! Many in the church still don't want to hear God's word that convicts and brings repentance and renewal. The modern, lukewarm, Laodicean church is practically deaf and knows what it prefers to hear! If you are not seeking His presence and obeying His voice, you may be one of those who will one day hear: "depart from me for I never knew you!" WAKE UP CHURCH! For you have grown spoiled, fat, and idolatrous. Listen to the messengers that the Lord has sent, who still proclaim the whole truth and preach the full counsel of God, regardless of the price:

"I have set WATCHMEN on your walls, O Jerusalem; They SHALL NEVER HOLD THEIR PEACE DAY OR NIGHT, You who make mention of the Lord, DO NOT KEEP SILENT." Isaiah 62:6.

"Also I set watchmen over you, saying "Listen to the sound of the trumpet!" Jeremiah 6:17

"Blow the trumpet in Zion and sound the alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD IS COMING, FOR IT IS AT HAND." Joel 2:1

The church does not replace modern Israel, but we have been grafted into the tree of Abraham, so these scriptures apply to ALL that are a part of spiritual Israel– including the church. Christians, like Jews, have inherited ALL of the promises made to Abraham– ALL of the promises in the word of God (not always in exactly the same way, ours is primarily a spiritual inheritance). The Lord is raising up a few mighty men and women of valor. He is waking up the end time Gideons and Joshuas who are listening to His voice and who now see how the enemy is attacking the Bride. God's watchmen must sound the alarm and must speak the word of the Lord, for the hour is late and most of the Bride is still asleep. "ARISE AND SHINE FOR YOUR LIGHT HAS COME! AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS RISEN UPON YOU!" Isaiah 60:1

Many churches that still preach the real Gospel are in a siege mentality that causes them
To hide their light under a bushel basket. Most of them are in fear of proclaiming the more "offensive" messages that the church needs to hear and bow to political correctness (the spirit of Antichrist). It is not His will that we hide our light or remain as a lump of dough in one place but rather that we rise up and go out and live out the gospel in our daily lives. (This is not easy today unless you are abandoned to Jesus!) He is pouring out His Spirit on the few of those who are ready to be restored and filled, in preparation for His Wedding Feast. We may soon hear His trumpet call to "come up here," into His presence (the Rapture). Are most of those who claim to be Christians, truly ready, waiting and watching for our Lord's return or will most be found as the 5 foolish virgins were in Matthew 25, that were not prepared for their Master's return? I speak of course, about a state of the heart and soul and above all, a loving abandon for Jesus.

A new, fresh and powerful outpouring from the Lord Jesus is always available to us but He won't pour Himself out upon those who have grown spiritually fat, complacent, disobedient and self-sufficient– those who are taking God for granted. The Lord is grieved with current, Laodicean, "churchianity" and I discern that He is about to shake and purge the church. Jesus is soon going to divide the sheep from the goats. The Lord requires brokenness and a turning away from our sin and errant beliefs before He can work in us and through us. The Lord is going to bypass the fat, complacent churches and go directly to those people who need Jesus the most and are willing to follow and obey Him. Many formerly devout and orthodox churches have turned into nothing more than religious country clubs. When God walked this earth He didn't just park Himself in one place and wait for everybody to show up. Jesus took it on the road! He went seeking the lost and the sick and the possessed! It is one thing to speak the good word– it is quite another to do it like Jesus did– to let Jesus love and reign through us!

There is presently a "leanness" of Spirit...an Oil shortage, in those churches and believers who have not responded to His words of warning. "Churchianity" does not please God but rather is plagued by varying degrees of dead religion and self-righteous schemes. Materialism and the preaching of a shallow, mostly self-centered, "bless me" gospel dominates the Evangelical, Pentecostal, and Charismatic camps. Please remember how sinful and disobedient the Jews were in the wilderness. Though they had seen the power, glory and deliverance of God Almighty and His ongoing, miraculous provision, they “LUSTED EXCEEDINGLY IN THE WILDERNESS!” “THEY SOON FORGOT HIS WORKS; THEY DID NOT WAIT FOR HIS COUNSEL, BUT LUSTED EXCEEDINGLY IN THE WILDERNESS, AND TESTED GOD IN THE DESERT, AND HE GAVE THEM THEIR REQUEST BUT SENT LEANNESS INTO THEIR SOUL.” (Psalm 106:13-15)

An intensive “leanness of Spirit,” has actually been institutionalized in many modern movements that have nothing to do with the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, and everything to do with an extremely man-centered, soulish, humanistic “gospel.” This humanistic false gospel has been intertwined to varying degrees with some of the most basic tenets of the real Gospel, but this is a mixture designed to inoculate men and women with another “gospel,” one that is palatable to those seeking a “light, fluffy, positive gospel- a “gospel” that doesn’t offend them, but rather rewards them with worldly riches. I do not include in this category such apostate religions such as Catholicism, Mormonism, Unitarians, Universalists, and other liberal denominations that deny the real Jesus of the scriptures, such as the UCC. The UCC for instance, openly embraces homosexuality, abortion and other watershed, decisive issues that easily divide the sheep from the goats. If there are born-again believers in any of these apostate organizations, they need to COME OUT and repent of any belief or practice that is based on the tradition of men rather than on the Lord Jesus and His perfect word! What I am referring to as being lean in Spirit, are modern, neo-orthodox “Christian” movements that preach a watered-downed, compromised gospel. Many of them claim that they believe in the Christian essentials, but they have redefined what most of those are. These movements are dangerous because they have redefined who Jesus is and what He expects of His followers. They have an extremely superficial understanding and thus practice of His word. These are popular movements such as the Willow Creek, “seeker” Movement and Robert Schuller’s “possibility thinking,” which is merely a mind-over-matter dead religion. It has all of the attractiveness of Christianity-lite, but is much less fulfilling! Psychologized, errant, shallow religion is the rave of the day because people don’t want to have to repent of their sins and die to self, but rather want to be able to justify “their ego trips.” Schuller diabolically says that “the cross justifies the ego trip.” That my friends, is a message straight from hell- meant to tickle itching, deceived ears. It doesn’t surprise me that Bill Hybels is a disciple of Schuller’s and that Schuller is the disciple of none other than the late Norman Vincent Peale, a 33rd degree Masonic occultist, whose life's mission was to pollute and deceive a generation of believers by selling his brand of "positive" witchcraft masquerading as Christianity. Schuller is purposely preaching a strange and different gospel, mixed with all sorts of demonic, psycho-babel. Compromised ministers who are Freemasons, steer Christians away from orthodoxy by mixing the holy with the profane. Mixing the holy with the profane is something that goes back to the time of Moses, when Aaron's sons were struck dead by God in the Holy of Holies for bringing "strange fire" (an unholy sacrifice) in before the Lord. Schuller and Hybels are fortunate that we live in the dispensation of grace instead of the time of Moses- these men still have time to repent! (After recent visits to Willow Creek, I believe that Bill Hybels has seen the light and at least his associate pastors are preaching the uncompromised Gospel at their Sunday seeker services).
Even the Promise Keepers are a movement to reconsider because they embrace everyone, no matter what apostasy they believe in (I‘m not saying that they should turn genuine seekers away). If they openly called denominations and individuals to repentance over their apostate beliefs, then they would be doing God’s will, but they don’t do that. Promise Keepers, though having many good points, does God and His Gospel a disservice by being ecumenical at it’s roots- attempting to homogenize both orthodox believers and apostates under one tent. It longs to accentuate the “positive” and slaps God in the face by denying the necessity of obedience to the scriptures (which may SEEM negative to our flesh). Many New Age, and psycho-babel teachings have also penetrated the Promise Keeper’s camp, which are ungodly and dangerous. We are NOT to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. The PK meetings that I attended fell far short of what it really means to be born again and turn from ungodly lifestyles. Very little word was preached and I believe that that was intentional for fear of offending shallow converts and non-believers. Their leadership doesn't seem to be spiritually mature enough themselves to know that God’s word is powerful ("sharper than a two-edged sword), and that God powerfully anoints the preaching of His word. Their messages were very heavy on personal experience, and universal "brotherhood," and extremely light on the power of the Gospel. Jesus IS the POWER of the Gospel and He was being referred to somewhat but Jesus WAS NOT the focus of any PK meeting I have ever been to. I will not go to another one.

Many Christians talk about "raising up the standard" but our Standard has already been raised for us. He was first raised up on a cross for us– then He was gloriously raised up from the dead for us – then He was exalted and raised up into heaven to intercede for us and sent us His Holy Spirit! We are lifting Jesus our Standard higher and higher when we preach the gospel in Spirit and in truth, even in the face of mounting adversity and apostasy in the church. It is more important that Jesus is raised up IN US! If we trust completely in Jesus, He becomes our Righteous Covering, Defender and Protector, and we become the vessels of His Presence on this earth. Our ONLY desire should be to please and follow Jesus and obey His word.

JESUS IS OUR WORTH!

Many speak of not having enough "self worth" or "self esteem." When we receive Jesus, He becomes our WORTH! It is not possible to have any greater worth than having Jesus. If we are still wallowing in "self" anything, we are not completely trusting God and His complete provision for us: JESUS! If the Lord is your Shepherd, you do not want for anything or anyone else– JESUS is your total portion. You now draw your identity from Jesus!

God loves us more than He even loves Himself because He was willing to die for us. We can obtain all of our ‘worth’ from that one fact alone... we have all the worth of the universe in Jesus Christ! There is no greater worth than having God’s greatest provision of worth to us, which is found in JESUS CHRIST! Jesus IS our righteousness! Jesus IS our worth! We must not go about creating our own worth or righteousness- our own standard– our own set of "rules." We cannot add and subtract from the Gospel as we please, without creating another gospel. Christianity is not simply some kind of recipe that we can cook to our own tastes. There are certain core doctrines that are not negotiable. There may be minor points of teaching or interpretation that we are not all going to agree about but it is when extra-biblical doctrines are held as core beliefs and become a major fixation– even given more attention than Jesus– that they have entered a dangerous "twilight zone." In Revelation, the Lord Himself calls the 7 churches to repentance over their many different sins. These sins are rampant today!

There has been a strategic intensification of spiritual warfare in recent months against God's anointed that indicates an increased desperation on the part of the enemy. Although the most pestering enemy is often our own flesh, our most insidious enemy is the devil, who would like nothing more than to divide and destroy the Lord's anointed (though the devil is defeated!). "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in HIGH places." (Ephesians 6:12) One great strategy of the enemy today, is to smear and vilify the true servants of God who are willing to speak His word, and be sure that satan will magnify any fault that a Christian may have! There is a purifying and testing of the Lord's true remnant church in progress like never before. God's truth is sharp and alive and is at work through His servants, cutting through the ploys and lies of the enemy. Jesus came to bring true peace and love but He said that He also came to "bring a sword." That sword is the word of His mouth (Dabar) that rightly divides truth from error, for the Lord seeks those who worship Him "in Spirit and in truth." In an intensifying manner, the Lord is delivering a prophetic warning to the church through His messengers. The reaction of the modern church to God's call to repentance has not been well received. "He who has ears let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God." Revelation 2:7

Christianity is not a long list of do's and don'ts, though some legalists act like it is. Our relationship with Jesus cannot be earned. Dwelling and resting in Christ is the free gift of God's grace, offered to everyone who receives Him. In this lifetime, we could NEVER make ourselves worthy of Him and we won't be perfect "until we see Him as He is." Until then, we are all still sinners- saved by grace, though grace is not a license to sin. God requires us to be open to reproof and correction and to "know whom we have believed." The word of God is our holy reference book and our lives need to increasingly line up with His truth. The greatest truth is that the only possible way to live the Christian life is for Christ to take up residence and live through us! "I have been crucified with Christ, never-the-less I live yet NOT I, BUT CHRIST LIVES IN ME, AND THE LIFE I NOW LIVE in the flesh, I LIVE BY THE FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Galatians 2:20).

As we truly abide in Jesus and He abides in us, our lives will reflect His love but love that does not tell others the truth, is not love at all. A person that truly loves his brothers and sisters will gladly warn them, if they were doing something that could harm themselves or others. The Lord grieves over those who are straying from the truth and He NEVER minces any words when He reveals sin. The church must remember that not everyone could follow Jesus- many departed from Him because what He said was so difficult for them to believe, despite witnessing His numerous miracles. His words convicted them to the core. There are many that could never even begin to deny themselves in order to follow Jesus and the story is the same today.

But what are many ministries now doing to attract more "numbers"? Many are purposely compromising and watering down the gospel so as to appeal to the least common denominator and not risk "offending" anyone. My answer to them is: PEOPLE ARE STARVING FOR THE REAL JESUS- THE JESUS OF THE SCRIPTURES! You don't put a starving man on a diet when you can lead Him to a FREE FEAST! Unless of course, you don't know yourself, where the feast is! What everyone needs is an encounter with Jesus Himself. They are NOT going to find that through bells and whistles- performance and slick packaging. Let's not just give people what they want- let's lead them to the person who they all need. But before you can do that, you must know the power of His resurrection and the power of Pentecost yourself! Slick, cool, “designer religion" that is crafted just to make you "feel good," will NOT suffice!

Much of the church has lost its first love for Jesus and has simply substituted spiritless, dead "religion" in its place. Paul the Apostle prophesied about these last days in his Epistles and of a massive "falling away from the truth." He described many of the Christians of these last days, as "having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof." It is not enough just to know about Jesus. Many "believe" that Jesus and His gospel is true– even the devil "believes and trembles." Simple belief is merely a starting place, for it is only complete and utter TRUST in Jesus as Savior and Lord that makes us His. "Trust" and "belief" are two completely different responses to hearing the gospel. Simply believing is not enough. Our Lord desires that we all would have deep and intimate fellowship with Him. Unless you truly know Jesus- He will not know whom you are when you stand before Him one day. Far too many have swallowed a false gospel- one that is void of heart piercing truth. Most of the church only wants to have their ears tickled and can only tolerate a light, fluffy, "positive gospel." In those circles, any message the least bit convicting is labeled as "negative," and in the eyes of the deceived, only a "positive" message is palatable. Paul warned us about those who create "another gospel," one that has a completely different Jesus than the Jesus who is revealed in the scriptures. "Dying to self" doesn't sound positive at all, but it is. Being convicted to the heart about our sin doesn't sound "positive," but it is. Being told the truth about our miserable, sinful condition doesn't sound "positive" but the proper response to His voice will release the glory of heaven into our souls! Peter prophesied that "scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, "where is the promise of His coming?"

A whole new religion has been created around a perverted interpretation of the concept of "tolerance." "Intolerance," has become the battle cry of accusation from certain sectors in the world, which use it to demonize "right wing fundamentalist Christians" who dare to speak the truth. Yes, we must be tolerant of many things in the world and get along with all sorts of people, regardless of their beliefs or "orientations." This does not mean that if we disagree with them, that we are "hateful bigots," as they would try to label us. This tactic is a major component of "political correctness," which is the spirit of antichrist working in our world against, that which is holy and good. This spirit of accusation uses false "tolerance" as a ploy to achieve their agendas and anyone who doesn't agree with them is publicly scourged. We must expect this kind of treatment outside of the church and not hold the ungodly to any biblical expectation (although we have the right to promote morality in our legislation and in our government).

Unfortunately, an insidious form of this same antichrist spirit (political correctness) is also operating in some portions of the church. The effect has been to hog tie many preachers and attempts to silence the prophetic voices that are crying from the wilderness; "Prepare ye the way of the Lord." There is a great urgency in my spirit to warn who ever will listen that the hour is late, the Lord is coming for a bride WITHOUT SPOT OR WRINKLE. The Lord ALWAYS warns His children to repent of their sins before He sends judgment– so great is His mercy towards us. That's why He sent the prophets to apostate Israel and that's why He still sends preachers and prophets to us today. "Judgment first comes to the House of the Lord" and "He does nothing unless He first reveals it to His prophets." I don't claim to be a prophet but God can use ANYONE to bring forth His message. I sense more deeply than ever, that God is warning His bride to repent of everything in our lives that is not of God. Some have even embraced demonic doctrines and have unknowingly departed from the faith.

"Now the Spirit EXPRESSLY says that in LATTER TIMES some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron" I Timothy 4:1,2

The major problem for the church is that while some of these have long departed from Jesus, many of them have not departed from the church!

The following paragraphs are an introduction to some of the deceptions that are rampant in the church today. If you are one that believes that any examining and exposing of errant doctrines and practices in the church today is simply a "critical attack," you may find my discernments highly controversial. God is exposing the idolatry and the deceptions that have been incorporated into the church, and is calling His bride to repentance. Worldly sophistication and the worship of IMAGE and PERFORMANCE (worshiping "style" over substance), pervades the church and God is not pleased with many other practices- some of which I will now discuss:

There are many scoffers in the church right now- even those whom I would call unbelievers, who are the product of an "easy-believism" that has invaded the dogmas of church in these last days. If you are currently in a church that waters down and compromises the gospel, God wants you to "come out of her my people." For what relationship can light have with darkness? You CANNOT afford to be unequally yoked in these last days with half-baked "believers" who play fast and loose with Christ and His word. Is Jesus the center and focus of your life or are you preoccupied with making money, having "things" and being "recognized" by others? Oh yes, idolatry is rampant in the church today! A believer must repent of this type of sinful orientation before God can do a thing with them.

POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING/ "POSSIBILITY THINKING" continued

The doctrines of the "Power of Positive Thinking" have invaded all branches and levels of the church in these last days. Though the Lord does not want us drowning in doubt, unbelief and negativity, He also does not want us to create a system of works by which we program ourselves for "success" in this world. Christianity is not a mind over matter religion, though the Lord's work within us, will cause us to be filled with joy, love, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, self control; yes, all the fruits of the Spirit! But instead of pursuing God for His life changing power and Presence, they founded a counterfeit religion. "Possibility thinking," is simply a retread of Norman Vincent Peale's, "Power of Positive Thinking" doctrines. This false "gospel," has infected almost all of Christendom and yet most do not perceive just how insidiously dangerous it is. Jesus did not die on the cross in order for me to "legitimize my ego trip," as Robert Schuller so puts it. This "positive message only please," (really just a New Age indulgence of self and a religion catering to "self esteem," when Jesus proclaims that it is only when self is dead, that He can regenerate us!) has thoroughly permeated the church and it's had deep and lasting effects upon what people will "tolerate" from preachers of the gospel. This phony gospel has helped to usher in shallow "McChristianity,": (fast-food Christianity) give the people what they want to hear- not what they need to hear- give them a “quick fix,” and above all: MAKE THEM FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES! Slick, "marketing techniques" have replaced evangelism in many "Christian organizations." The "Power of Positive Thinking" guru; Norman Vincent Peale, was a high ranking Freemason. There are some who say that Robert Schuller (Peale's protege) is also a powerful Freemason, which would not surprise me in the least. This brand of "positivism", smacks of the creating of reality. God wants us to be holy and free of burdens that can make us negative sour-pusses BUT God NEVER wants us to create or manipulate reality, using ungodly methods that have more in common with shamanistic techniques (witchcraft). God also abhors the mixing of the profane (Freemasonry) with the holy, as Freemasonry preaches the "brotherhood of man," the "equality" of all religions (pantheism), and does not recognize Jesus Christ as being Supreme God. Of course, Freemasons have the right to do this BUT true Christians should reject their thinly veiled teachings under the guise of Christianity. Their true mission is to get Christians to accept their politically correct brand of "christianity", which will accept all other liberalized denominations and cults, to become part of the future global church, which will be under the auspices of Rome. Biblical Christianity (the fundamentalists) will never accept the perversions of Rome and of their apostate "protestant" agents, like Shuller, Robertson and Hybels, who strive to appease Rome by compromising the Gospel and recreating it in their own vain images.

Freemasons historically, have introduced several of the apostate religions of the past two centuries including Mormonism (whose “secret” doctrines are almost entirely Masonic/Satanic), Unitarianism, and Jehovah’s Witness’. Their main goal is to spread “universalism,” which is the erroneous belief that there are many ways to God. They are particularly hateful of Christian fundamentalists who proclaim the truth about Jesus being THE Way, THE Truth, and THE Life. Any “christian” who denies this basic truth about Jesus is NOT a Christian at all. Any “christian” who says that Jesus “is merely one way to God,” is a heretic. Unfortunately there are several Evangelical leaders who have intimated this, or who refuse to profess the truth, so as not to offend others. I openly warn them here that they are in danger of God's swift judgment, which will catch them without warning.

One of the dominant streams of subtle deception is the popular "Purpose Driven, seeker church" model, which has become the new philosophy in most evangelical churches today. It is extremely deceptive because it has created a religious/ psycho-social cocktail designed to appeal to the least common denominator. The primary goal at most (not all) seeker services is not to preach the true and powerful, life-changing Gospel but to "win" people to the church. Shallow Christians cannot discern the glaring disobedience of this fixation. God has called us to preach about Jesus and bring people to Him through the power of His Word and His Spirit. The current idolatrous fixation bolsters 'churchianity,' but only as an unplanned derivative, have some disciples gone on to true maturity in Christ and His Word. I have heard of examples of some members who as a result of pursuing Jesus and knowing His Word, (true discipleship) suddenly realize the massive shortcomings of the mega church mentality, and then leave those churches. There is a major difference between merely making church converts and true biblical discipleship!

Political correctness and other branches of secular humanism (major fronts for the Spirit of Antichrist designed to undermine, attack and destroy the true church) has made major ministries so nervous as to how they call sinners to repentance, that most of them have become completely compromised and ineffectual. Many compromised evangelicals are actually offended by the real Gospel and the preaching of God's TRUE Word. Most churches are merely paying lip-service to the Gospel as their major focus becomes their lot in life, their standing in the church, and their "programs," as obedience to Jesus and His Word becomes compromised and lost. Many evangelicals are driven by an ungodly agenda to not offend or "judge" anyone, which has become their real religion, while they discard the real Gospel. Their real "god" is the goodies they lust for in this world, and increasing their own status. The practices of the lukewarm church of Laodicea are rampant, not to mention the evil practices of the other churches cited in Revelation, which are pandemic today.
