The Thomas More Law Center issued a statement of its filing of a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano. At issue is the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, “Rightwing Extremism: Current and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment”.
Furthermore, it is claimed that DHS “encourages law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs”. Having standing to bring this lawsuit are Savage, Cunningham and Murray, because they represent those mentioned as being potential terrorists.
Apparently, Hamas, El Qaeda, et al, didn’t make the list. It is passé to mention these once-named groups. Instead, there is a long list that includes many more who could have standing to bring suit against DHS. Maybe even you." ____________________________________________________

We are entering a whole new era of bigotry, hatred, persecution and criminalization of conservative Christians. What we are now witnessing and living through is comparable to what Hitler did to the Jews in the 1930's! Hitler's holocaust first began by branding and persecuting Jews as being enemies of the state, which is exactly what our "Homeland Security" czar has now declared, even identifying U.S. soldiers as potential domestic terrorists! DEMAND that our government follow our Constitution rather than trash it, ignore it or grossly reinterpret and criminally apply their Frankenstein monster version of it. Janet Napalitano, the "czar" of "Homeland Security" is clearly a DANGEROUS ENEMY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE and has decided (with obvious Obama support) that conservatives with the following concerns with current government policy are going to be identified, targeted and put on government hate lists as being potential enemies of the state if they:

I'm sure that I'm on their list though I pose no threat to anyone but because of what I believe, (Bible-believing Christian, Conservative Constitutionalist, anti-New World Order) - Janet Napalitano and her boss, chairman Obama, are illegally targeting people like me (and you?) for government persecution.
This administration has shown their true colors and obviously feel completely confident that what they are doing is constitutional and righteous when just the opposite is true. This administration is the polar opposite of what America has always stood for: liberty, free speech, freedom of religion, economic freedom, individual rights, property rights, national security and many other freedoms such as the original constitutional role of our government. Our government has become tyrannical.
REMEDY:
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY THAT GOD WILL INTERVENE AND PREVENT THESE MARXISTS FROM SUCCEEDING IN THEIR OBVIOUS PROGROM AND MISSION TO PERSECUTE CHRISTIANS AND CONSERVATIVES. STAND UP FOR CHRISTIAN, AMERICAN, CONSTITUTIONAL IDEALS. DEMAND THAT NAPALITANO IS SUMMARILY FIRED! IF SHE IS NOT FIRED AND POLICY IS NOT CLEARLY CHANGED- THEN WE MUST INSIST UPON OBAMA'S IMPEACHMENT AND REMOVAL.
The Marxists who now run our country are openly revealing just how much they hate any kind of conservative and are in the process of beginning a Stalinist style purging and demonization of the opposition. What's next, re-education camps and "de-programming"? Perhaps they'll erect public gallos (since Obama loves "gallos humor" so much as he stated himself) or bring back the guillotine? The most hate-filled leaders of the extreme left are now controlling our government. They have us in their gun-sights and are capable of anything, as their inner mantra is: "the end justifies the means," which means that such despots would do ANYTHING to achieve their goals. I feel sorry for anyone who is filled with such hatred and venom against decent, God-loving patriots. I don't hate them but it is THEY who are endangering our country- not us!
There is a growing segment of Obama voters who are now realizing just what a terrible mistake they made. I have heard some openly say so. To all of the undiscerning victims who voted for Obama: SPEAK UP NOW! Many democrats (Just like Republicans) are relatively decent, good people who never see the dangers of marxists like Obama or even realize that he is one or are in abject denial. They bought the IMAGE, lock, stock and barrel and now must oppose this president because he will also impact their lives in a very negative way eventually, as he is currently dismantling our economy and nationalizing major institutions. Do you really think that government can effectively manage health care, banks, insurance companies and the auto industry? Yes, we needed better inforcement and Constitutional regulations but this melt-down was caused by politicians and the burrocrats, (intentional spelling) which they are supposed to oversee, who ignored criminal activities in Wall Street firms and also forced banks to make bad loans to millions who couldn't reapy them. Many democratic politicians and their cronies profited from the scam at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which CAUSED this financial crisis and Obama's subsequent victory, while they blamed it all on neo-con Bush (who certainly deserves some blame). Did you know that Obama received money from these institutions, not to mention that as a lawyer for Acorn in the '90's he used the threat of litigation and other nefarious tactics to force banks to make these bad loans?
How and why should we expect government to "fix" what they broke in the first place? Only people who can't think or true believers who are self-brainwashed could possibly ignore these facts!
I now believe that the only reason (unless they are completely incompetent) that the Obama regime would even allow for this evil information to be released, is to stir us up and make us even more identifiable - perhaps even incite some real home-grown terrorists (skin heads, KKK etc.) to perpetrate a heinous terrorist assault that would justify the government taking action against ALL dissenters of the government. I strongly discern that a type of "Reichstag" (When Hitler's brown shirts burned down a government building and blamed it on the Jews) is being provoked by the government in order to justify deploying draconian tyranny against all conservatives and anyone who might oppose their evil cabal. Is the Obama regime actually attempting to provoke Americans into committing a "Reichstag"
